1. Visitors are required to register at the front desk upon arrival.
2. No photography or video recording is allowed in the centre.
3. Sanitise your hands before and after visiting your pet.
4. Please speak softly to avoid any unnecessary noise or stress to other animals.
5. Surgery or any other medical procedures are not open to the public.
6. Your visit may be terminated or denied by our staff at any time, depending on the condition of patients.
7. No other animals shall be brought into the ward.
8. Owners must look after their pets all the times to prevent disturbing others.
9. Please do not enter any areas with “Authorized Personnel Only”.
10. Questions regarding to your pet's condition should be answered by attending doctor. Doctors or assistants on duty may not provide the most accurate information.
11. Please take good care of your personal belongings, such as pet bags, cages, toys, etc. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage.

General dog/cat ward 12:00 - 13:00, 18:00 - 19:00
Isolation ward: 20:30 - 21:00
